I try to modify the RSExplorer example by using form authentication. I have
create a window logon form. Could anyone can help me how to integrate form
authentication and the sample together ? Actually I don't know how the
report server can regonize the logon user.
Thanksadd this report parameter: =User!UserID

RS hangs when changing criteria
I have a report based on a cube.
The underlying data is less than 10.000 records, so small.
Whenever I change the criteria (remove years for example) from the Data tab
of the report RS hangs. The process msmdsrv.exe takes up 50% to 100% cpu and
I might have to wait for over an hour to continue designing my report.
If I do the same within the cube browser the result is there within 2 seconds.
Does anyone have a clue?
Thanks,

If you have not installed SQL Server 2005 SP2, you will want to
install that first. Then install Cumulative Update Package 3 (http://
support.microsoft.com/kb/939537 ). Hope this helps.
