rsInternalError - Urgent please

Hi
I am getting an error like An internal error occurred on the report
server.(rsInternalError) The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a
connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled
connections were in use max pool size was reached
Could anyone please solve this problem.
