RS and SQL 2005

Does anyone know of any problems with RS and SQL 2005?Unable to generate a temporary class (result =1)
error CS1583: 'c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Temp\CSC1D.tmp' is not a valid Win 32
How to procede?

before I upgrade my SQL Server.

>|||Even 2 of the users in a project received the same error
"Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
error CS1583: 'c:\Documents and Settings\103564\Local Settings\Temp\3\CSC21.tmp' is not a valid Win32 resource file "
But after restarting the server, they were able to execute the applications. But no idea why this error has occurred and how it got resolved after the restart. Any idea what could be the issue ?
