RS2005 Report Distribution + License

I understand the licensing part where installing the on the same server is
free and if you move RS to another box a license is required.
1. Is it recommended to separate the DB from RS? I assume it will depend
on the report load but for now I can say only RS, DB, and IIS would be on the
box.
2. Are there any costs for delivering (emailing) reports to external
customers or having external users view and download reports through the web?
Also, does anyone know if Crystal Reports Server XI has a fee for this? I
am trying to compare the costs for each.

>|||Right, the processor license for use of SQL Server over the internet. RS
licensing is SQL Server licensing. Wherever RS is installed you have to have
the exact same license as if you had a SQL Server DB on the box.

On a side note, could you provide any feedback to these questions
1) Is it possible to create a report template containing text that would
be evaluated at runtime by a sql query? For example, the text in my
reports need to cater to various languages so report template would be
generic. Can I configure text (textboxes) to do a lookup at runtime?
2) How flexible are the graphing capabilities? Can a third party
package be used to create graphs as long as the rdl file is constructed
properly? I interested in how dynamic you can make the values on the graph.
3) Does RS provide a good audit mechanism for logging and tracking reports?
